A practical checklist for your next property brochure
What to prepare before creating a brochure or digital flipbook.
Make the cover specific
Show the project name, location and a clear approved photograph. Choose one brief headline. A buyer should immediately know what property the brochure describes.
Explain the essentials
Include configurations, supplied pricing, location, approved amenities and a concise project description. Use headings and spacing so buyers can scan the information.
Give buyers a next step
Add an agent name, working phone number and enquiry link. If you use a QR code, leave a clear white border and test a printed sample at the intended size.
Check the final export
Open the downloaded brochure, inspect every page and use Print / Save as PDF. Confirm that text is readable, photographs are clear, links work and important details are not split across pages.
Keep versions consistent
When pricing or availability changes, update the project brief and regenerate the brochure. Remove outdated versions from the places where you shared them when possible.
