Free-tool briefs stay on your device. The private Performance Studio stores the project and campaign information you choose to add. We do not use advertising tracking pixels.

Enquiries

When you send the enquiry form we store your name, phone number, email, company, the service you chose, your message and the page you wrote from. We use it only to reply and to prepare a quote. Write to us if you want an enquiry deleted.

Website AI guide

When AI chat is available, your messages and recent chat context are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. We request no response storage using store:false; provider processing and retention policies still apply. We do not store chat transcripts in our database. Short-lived, daily-salted hashes of connection addresses are used for message limits and expire within two days. Chat messages stay in page memory. If you choose a demo or call handoff, your own messages are temporarily placed in browser session storage and added to the enquiry form for you to review before sending. Avoid sharing credentials or sensitive account information in chat.

Free tools

Project briefs and photographs you add to the free tools are saved in your own browser’s storage on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them. Downloaded files can contain the contact and project details you entered; review them before sharing.

Performance Studio and creative classification

New accounts use WhatsApp OTP through Supabase Auth and its configured Twilio or Twilio Verify provider. We send your number and verification request to these providers and store your phone identity in Supabase. Only a confirmed phone identity can open a workspace. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. Signing in does not subscribe you to promotional WhatsApp messages. Short-lived hashes of numbers and connection addresses are used to limit OTP requests. Existing managed accounts may continue to use Cloudflare Access. Project knowledge, campaign reports, creative tags and reviews are stored in Cloudflare D1 and associated with your signed-in identity. Uploaded assets, when uploads are enabled, are stored privately in Cloudflare R2. The public demos use fictional data and do not save your changes.

Text classification runs within the studio. When image analysis is configured and you select Analyse image, the selected creative image and its ad copy are sent to OpenAI for classification. Campaign spend, lead counts and separate project records are not sent for this analysis. Image analysis is not a claim-verification service. Contact us to request deletion of private studio data.

External services

The live website audit sends the URL you submit to Google PageSpeed Insights. The pasted-HTML checklist runs locally in your browser. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp; they do not send a message automatically.

Language

Your language preference for the tools is stored on your device only.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics to count page views. No advertising identifiers are used.
